Collection

What fabrics do you use in your products?

To ensure the safety of delicate newborn skin, we only use 100% certified organic and natural fabrics. We’re currently swooning over French Terry Bamboo and oh-so-soft cotton. Even the hand block printing medium we use is water-based!

Can I recycle the packaging?

We’re proud to craft sustainable products and eco-friendly packaging. Our signature tins are recycled from North American polished steel tinplate, which is infinitely recyclable! You could even use it at home to beautifully store wooden blocks, puzzle pieces, bath toys, crayons, or art supplies.

Our favorite use for the beautiful piece? Create a mini time capsule for your baby by tucking away small mementos and keepsakes, like a favorite onesie, a tiny hat, precious photos, and sweet letters. In the tin, they’ll be safely stored to be shared one day as a family, and cherished by you for a lifetime!

How do I clean OH BABY clothing?

Kindly wash your OH BABY textiles on a delicate cycle in cool water, then tumble dry on a low setting or hang to dry. Please do not use bleach. A warm iron may be used if required.

Note: our garments are not pre-shrunk.

What if the item I want is out of stock?

If the product you love is part of our Essentials Collection, you can still place your order, and you will be notified via email with an estimated availability date. You then have the option of waiting for the item to become available, or canceling it.

To get early access to backorder items and reserve them, we do take payment at the time the pre-order is made. This means that all backorder items in your shopping cart will be charged to your account when you checkout. Shipping and taxes will also be calculated at this time, so you won’t have to pay any additional fees later on.

If the item you’re interested in is part of our seasonal Limited Edition Collection, unfortunately, we will likely not get any additional items.

Can I send an OH BABY order as a gift?

Yes, please do! We make it as easy as one, two, three with delivery to your loved one's doorstep, beautiful packaging and a handwritten note.

Can’t decide what to send? We’ll even deliver a gift card for you!

Can I set up a registry with OH BABY?

Oh, yes you can! Set up a registry for your baby shower and we’ll deliver everything to your doorstep. Our OH Baby registry isn't just any Registry. We will turn your Baby Shower into one you and your guests won't soon forget; We want to supply you with the fun extras to create a true OH BABY experience. Imagine a handcrafted felt wool garland, custom invitation cards, and favorite family recipes...all made for you by the caring hands at OH BABY.

Payments and Policies

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal payments.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to Canada, the United States as well as Europe. You’ll have the opportunity to select your carrier and shipping speed at checkout!

When will my order be delivered?

As soon as we ship your order, we send you an email with all of your tracking information.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders very quickly, and cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the order being placed. To request a cancellation, send a message and your order number to pamela@venetiandecorohbaby.com. We’ll get back to you right away either way, and all canceled orders will be confirmed in writing via email.

In the event that your order cannot be canceled, please refer to our return policy below.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be utterly thrilled with your order, so if you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will gladly issue an exchange or refund.

Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unused, unworn and returned in its original packaging (sealed and unopened). Upon receiving your return, we will inspect it before issuing a refund. If for any reason the product is not returned in its original condition or is no longer saleable, restocking fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you have received an item that is damaged or defective, contact us at pamela@venetiandecorohbaby.com within one business day of receiving your order so that we can make it right. Please include detailed photographs so we can gauge the extent of the damage or defect. Depending on the product and amount of damage or defect, a replacement or a refund will be sent to you as soon as possible.
